Please read these terms carefully before using RestroXa. By using our dining platform, POS, KDS, QR ordering, or lead booking features, you agree to these guidelines.
By accessing, browsing, or registering for RestroXa (the "Platform", "SaaS Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, restaurant owners, operational staff, diners, guest users, and administrators accessing RestroXa across web interfaces, POS terminals, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), or table QR ordering links.
When creating a user account or placing orders on RestroXa, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Restaurant operators registering a business or multi-outlet venue must be authorized representatives of the legal entity. All restaurant registrations undergo mandatory FSSAI, GST, and administrative verification before live menu publishing or POS activation.
You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account credentials. Contact support@restroxa.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or credential compromise.
Prospective restaurant partners submitting lead inquiries via the 'Book a Demo' section agree to provide accurate business details (Full Name, Restaurant Brand Name, Email, Phone/WhatsApp number, City, Preferred Demo Date/Time, and outlet requirements).
Information submitted via demo request forms is processed strictly to schedule product walkthroughs, evaluate operational requirements, and provide tailored pricing proposals. RestroXa does not sell lead information to third parties.
To maintain platform stability, demo request forms and public API endpoints are protected by IP-based rate limiters (maximum 5 submissions per 15-minute window). Automated spamming or submitting fraudulent inquiries is strictly prohibited.
RestroXa enables diners to scan table QR codes to view digital menus, select add-ons/variants, and place live table orders. Active table sessions restrict ordering authority to physical table devices to prevent unauthorized cart tampering.
Restaurant partners are solely responsible for maintaining accurate item pricing, tax rate configurations (GST), allergen disclosures, and item availability status across POS and digital QR menus.
Restaurant operators must submit valid FSSAI licenses and GST registration documents during onboarding. Submissions undergo mandatory administrative review prior to account approval.
RestroXa reserves the right to suspend accounts that fail regulatory compliance checks, breach licensing requirements, or generate unhandled customer disputes.
Payments processed through RestroXa utilize encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.
Orders dispatched to the kitchen cannot be canceled once preparation has commenced. Refund requests for incorrect or unfulfilled items are handled jointly by the venue management and RestroXa support.
If an item is missing or incorrect, speak to venue staff immediately or contact support@restroxa.com with your order transaction receipt ID.
The RestroXa name, trademark, software architecture, UI components, code, POS algorithms, and KDS designs are the exclusive property of RestroXa SaaS. Restaurant logos and menu photographs remain the property of their respective owners.
When using RestroXa, users agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited actions:
RestroXa provides the SaaS platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain 99.9% uptime targets, we do not guarantee uninterrupted execution or error-free network performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestroXa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages, payment gateway delays, or local venue hardware failures.
RestroXa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if a breach of these Terms, system abuse, or fraudulent activity is identified.
